Domestic Delivery – Charges and Timing
Total shipping charges vary and will be calculated at checkout. Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered and also based on your location.
We’ll get your order to you as soon as possible! Our order processing begins within 48 hours of receiving the order. We’re taking extra safety precautions with packaging and delivery but we will still aim to have your order with you at the earliest.
Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.

Exchange and Returns
Exchange or Return of items from an order will be subject to the delivery and return charges. If you have availed free shipping, both delivery and return charges will be applicable on exchange and return.
All our “Paper & Boards” category products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless you have received it in a poor/damaged condition.
Items purchased from Clearance will not be exchanged or returned.
Damaged/ Defective/Wrong Items : If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or it is damaged, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging. Kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with below mentioned details.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information: –

Delivery address
Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product
Please send us an image of the item.
In case of any incorrect or false information provided by the customer, the shipping and return charges will have to be borne by the customer.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags and original packaging are intact.
Refunds will be processed within 3-4 days after the returned products and received.
Shipping policy
Orders will be shipped out within 24 hours for standard products. Delivery times for all shipping methods are predicted to be between 3 to 5 business days.
Expected Delivery Times:
Delhi: Enjoy next day delivery or 2 day delivery for all orders placed before 11 am.
Delhi & Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days
Rest of India: 4 to 7 working days*
*Orders from certain border regions like Kashmir, North Eastern states might take longer based on complexity or courier services
You will receive tracking details as soon as your package is packed and ready to be shipped.
Order placed on Saturday after 9 am are dispatched on Monday.
Our office is closed on Sunday & on public holidays.
We may get in touch with you through phone or email to get your confirmation of the delivery address & for confirmation if you place cash on delivery order.
For shipping within India, we only utilise reputable courier services like Blue Dart and Amazon, etc. In the event that a shipment is delayed by the shipping company or for any other reason outside of our company’s control, hamsterkitty India is not responsible. We will make every effort to deliver your order on time and within the window of time indicated in the order confirmation.In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible due to a factor beyond hamsterkitty India’s control, such as inadequate courier services in the delivery area, inaccessibility of the delivery area, or significant unforeseen events, we will notify you of this fact, you can cancel your order, and issue a full refund.
The delivery partner will make three efforts to deliver each order. The order will be treated as a return if the shipment is refused or is unsuccessful in all attempts.

Shipment Fees:
A shipping fee of Rs.49 is payable for orders up to Rs.749.
Free Delivery on orders Above Rs.749
Damages during Shipping or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or incorrect items, kindly reach out to the support team within 72 hours of receiving the package and we will send you a replacement product or refund based on availability of the item.
